Head of Growth
We are looking for a Head of Growth to plan and execute a long term growth strategy for LootLocker that drives new users to the platform.
In this position you will be challenged with planning and implementing an overarching and long-term in-bound and out-bound growth strategy for LootLocker as a service. This will also include managing your own budget, setting KPI goals, and measuring the success rate of each initiative in order to optimize growth as effectively as possible.
To date LootLocker has grown mostly organically with a few brand building, acquisition, partnership, and sales exercises. We are now ready to turn up the heat to establish the company more broadly within the gaming industry to ultimately reach more game developers.
In addition to implementing a growth strategy, you will also be leading sales and interfacing directly with game developers. You will be their main point of contact and bring in other members of the team when necessary to help with any technical issues. You will also source feedback from our users to help influence our development roadmap.
In this role you will be working closely with the CEO to plan and execute your strategy within a given budget.
- 5+ years of professional experience working within sales, marketing, or growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Experience with B2B and SaaS
- Decent technical understanding (backends, APIs, game development)
- Games industry experience
- A passion for games
